ROOME ASSOCIATES was founded in 2007 by Ann Roome.  Ann qualified as a UK Trade Mark Attorney in 1992 and is a member of the Charted Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (the UK professional membership organisation).  She qualified as an Authorised Representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) when it opened its doors in 1996.

Ann has worked with a wide range of Clients from individuals, Start Ups, SMEs and multi-national corporations.  She has extensive experience of advising on all kinds of trade mark matters including registering trade marks in the UK, the EU and worldwide.  She also handles allied contention matters including oppositions and revocations.  She works closely with likeminded associates overseas to ensure that her Clients are given good advice on protecting their trade marks and other Intellectual Property worldwide.
